Sandy Zingaro, President

I am Sandy Zingaro, I took a small disorganized group of field employees and built a division to be reckoned with in the Home Center Industry. My philosophy is, “I would not ask my employees to do any work that I was not willing to do myself.” This meant going into the field and getting my hands dirty setting steel, merchandising bays, pricing and POP.

Sandy worked as a General Manager for such notable places as G&H Enterprises, United Samsco’s Northeast Divisional Office and Greentree Sales. At Greentree Sandy put a team of Project Managers in place, mentored them to take the reigns and managed up to 100 field crews and 10 field captains. This group was responsible for all new store sets and resets for Home Depot in 3 departments in the Northeast territory. She also supervised a 390+ Home Depot store reset for a major door company over a 4-month period with minimal interruptions.

Tony Zingaro, Vice President Operations

I am Tony Zingaro, I have worked in the maintenance and management fields for over 37 years. I know this business inside and out, I’ve worked in almost every aspect of it.

Tony’s earlier years were spent as a pipe fitter and instrument mechanic for a large chemical manufacturer. During his middle years, Tony was a HVAC master mechanic, installer and field supervisor. His later years were spent as a Northeast Regional Manager for a national service company. Tony spent his last 7 years as a field service representative, repairman and installer for a large service company handling warranties for doors and windows. These last years have been most rewarding for Tony as he loves to work with people.

Will Ecenrode, Vice President Sales and Marketing

I am Will Ecenrode, both a contractor and educator for over 27 years. Technicians nationwide have used service manuals that I have written. I wrote the manuals to inspire others to learn, just as others have inspired me.

Will has completed his certification and worked as a restoration contractor through the National Institute of Disaster Restoration and the Water Loss Institute. He was self- employed in the construction field and has completed projects from building additions on residential homes to building retail stores such as Domino’s Pizza and others. Will has spent the last 16 years as a contractor focused on customer service in the millwork industry.

Tracy Ecenrode, Secretary and Treasurer

I am Tracy Ecenrode, no matter what my job title reads, customer service is my main objective. My favorite quote is, “The quality of our work depends on the quality of our people.”

Tracy has spent over 12 years working with customers in the restaurant industry. She moved into data entry and payroll reporting for a chain of retailers. Tracy went back to her first love working as a customer service representative for that same chain. There she worked her way up the ranks until she was promoted to Store Manager.
